1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the php65 platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any persons who interact with any part of the php65 website or services.

1.2 By accessing php65.club, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on the php65 website, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 php65 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information on file.

2 Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an account on php65, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines;
• Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of php65;
• Not be self-excluded from the php65 platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming venue;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.2 php65 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by php65 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending winnings pending investigation.

2.3 Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the php65 platform commits a breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine law.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the php65 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php65 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. php65 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.3 Account information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. php65 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) before processing your first withdrawal.

3.4 php65 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

3.5 You must notify php65 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 php65 supports deposits and withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. php65 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of Players. Any deposit detected as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the php65 account cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.4 php65 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing schedule. Processing times vary by payment method. php65 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or other third-party payment processors.

4.5 php65 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedure.

4.6 Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, subject to available withdrawal routes. php65 may impose withdrawal limits in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 php65 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and validity periods, which are published alongside the applicable promotion.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to Players' accounts in accordance with the specific promotion terms. php65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time.

5.3 Abuse of bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing bonus-hedging bets, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — constitutes a breach of these Terms. php65 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

5.4 php65 is not obligated to offer any specific bonus to any specific Player and may impose Player-specific eligibility restrictions on any promotion.

6 Betting Rules & Game Terms

6.1 All wagers placed on the php65 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

6.2 Once a bet has been accepted by the php65 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. php65 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to system malfunction, human error in odds compilation, or manifest error.

6.3 Manifest Error: In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the publication of odds, game outcomes, or other material information — php65 reserves the right to void all affected bets, regardless of their apparent status. php65 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

6.4 php65 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any Player, event, market, or game at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6.5 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of all game results is subject to ongoing third-party audit and PAGCOR oversight.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php65 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or promotion manipulation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing php65 staff or other Players;
• Any conduct that php65 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

7.2 php65 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, including the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR, in any investigation into suspected illegal activity involving the php65 platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 php65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options.

8.2 Players may request self-exclusion from the php65 platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, php65 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing gaming services on the Platform.

8.4 php65 does not extend credit to Players and does not encourage Players to fund their gaming through borrowing.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the php65 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and data — is the property of php65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php65 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the php65 platform without prior written authorization from php65.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

10.2 php65 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruption. php65 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

10.3 php65's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their php65 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits php65's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 php65 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at php65.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 php65 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including TLS 1.3 encryption of all data transmitted between your device and the php65 servers.

11.3 php65 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or where requested as part of a legitimate regulatory inquiry.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 php65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• php65 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• php65 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• The Player has been self-excluded and attempts to create a new account.

12.2 In the event of account termination for cause, php65 may withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Funds found to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct may be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their php65 account may do so by contacting customer support. Closing an account does not affect any obligations or liabilities arising prior to the date of closure.

13 Amendments to Terms

13.1 php65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the php65 website with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, php65 will endeavor to notify registered Players by the contact method on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the php65 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to php65's customer support for informal resolution. php65 will endeavor to respond to formal complaints within 14 calendar days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution process. Players retain the right to pursue remedies before competent Philippine courts.

14.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section.
